COVID-19 Coronavirus Updates Palawan
Last March 12, 2020, the Philippine Government raised the Code Red Sublevel 2 in the country. Below is the official statement from the press conference:
“The Philippine government has restricted travel to and from Metro Manila starting March 15 as part of the community quarantine to control the spread of COVID-19. Land, domestic air, and domestic sea travel to and from Metro Manila shall be suspended beginning on March 15, 2020 and ending on April 14, 2020.”
Any vessels and flights from/to Coron, Puerto Princesa, San Vicente and El Nido will be suspended from March 15th until April 14th, 2020.
Our office in Puerto Princesa is temporarily closed until April 15, but our team is working remotely and we are still contactable via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Public movement in Palawan are restricted to only buying food, medicine and other essential items necessary for survival.
Cancel the booking due to coronavirus travel disruption
For those customers who were supposed to travel with us between March 15 – April 14, we propose the following options:
- Rebook without additional charges
- Refund without penalty charges
You can rebook to a time when you feel it is already safe to travel (no expiration and works as a travel fund). You may also opt to transfer the booking to any of your friends. It’s valid for all our destinations in the Philippines and Malaysia.
Please note that hotels may have their own cancellation policy and refund may not be available for promo rates and other non-refundable deal.
