Cancel the booking due to coronavirus travel disruption
We are adapting our policies to best support our customers. We have temporarily adjusted our cancellation policies to offer full refunds on all COVID-19 impacted bookings for travel through May 31, 2020.
For travelers who would like to postpone their booking for a specific date after May 31, we will make every effort to amend the booking without any penalty.
For those customers who were supposed to travel with us between March 15 – June 15, we propose the following options:
- Rebook without additional charges
- Refund without penalty charges
You can rebook to a time when you feel it is already safe to travel (no expiration and works as a travel fund). You may also opt to transfer the booking to any of your friends. It’s valid for all our destinations in the Philippines and Malaysia.
Please note that hotels may have their own cancellation policy and refund may not be available for promo rates and other non-refundable deal.

When To Expect My Refund?
Please note due to the high volumes of refund requests currently being processed, refunds will take up 2 months to be processed.
Refund by credit card – It may take up to 30 working days to be completed and become available on your credit card.
Refunds by bank transfer – Not earlier than June 15, 2020
