Cancel the booking due to coronavirus travel disruption

For those customers who were supposed to travel with us between March 15 – April 14,  we propose the following options:

  • Rebook  without additional charges
  • Refund without penalty charges

You can rebook to a time when you feel it is already safe to travel (no expiration and works as a travel fund). You may also opt to transfer the booking to any of your friends. It’s valid for all our destinations in the Philippines and Malaysia.

Please note that hotels may have their own cancellation policy and refund may not be available for promo rates and other non-refundable deal.

If you need to make changes to your booking, or just want to check if your booking is eligible for free cancellation, please contact us via email at info@travel-palawan.com.

Please note due to the high volumes of refund requests currently being processed, refunds will take up 2 months to be processed. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
