Atienza operates a fast craft service connecting Coron, Palawan and El Nido, Palawan, making it one of the most convenient ways to island-hop between these two popular Palawan destinations.

The duration of the crossing may vary depending on sea and weather conditions, but it usually takes around 4-5 hours.

The ferry is a fastcraft that can only transport passengers and not vehicles, and passengers are advised to arrive at the port at least 1 hour before the scheduled departure time to allow time for check-in and boarding procedures.

Boarding Time

Passengers are required to arrive at the ferry terminal at least 1 hour before departure for check-in.

Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email that serves as proof of purchase.
To collect your ferry ticket, you must present a printed or digital copy of the email to Atienza at the ticketing counter located near the port:  Rizal St. Buena Suerte in front of BPI Bank.

Baggage Policy

There are no strict restrictions on your baggage and no weight limit. However, if you have special requirements for your luggage or sports equipment, please inform us before booking.

Cancellation Due to Bad Weather or Technical Issues

In the event that your ferry trip is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), you will have the option to either reschedule your journey to the next available departure at no additional cost or receive a full refund.
If you wish to request a refund, please email us at info@travel-palawan.com within 5 days of the cancellation. Unfortunately, refund requests received after this period cannot be processed, regardless of the reason.
Please note that we are not liable for any additional expenses resulting from the cancellation, including accommodation, meals, transportation, flights, or other incidental costs.
If you have travel insurance, you may be eligible to claim reimbursement for these expenses.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance before your trip to Palawan to protect yourself against unexpected disruptions caused by adverse weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Child Policy

Infant 0-2 years old  = Free of charge
Child 3-7  years old = discounted fare

Cancellation Policy

✅ Reservation can be modified up to 1 month before the scheduled date. Any changes made after this period will require the purchase of a new ticket.
