If your ferry is delayed it is important to inform us as soon as possible so that we can adjust the pickup time accordingly. However, if your ferry is cancelled or excessively delayed, the transfer will be considered cancelled and we will not be able to offer a refund. In such cases, you may be able to seek reimbursement from your travel insurance company.
