Best time to go

The best time to visit Palawan is the dry season from October to May, but you can do this tour all year round.

The high season in Port Barton starts in November and ends almost in May. During these months Port Barton becomes very lively with all its fun activities and evening entertainments.

  1. Day 1: Arrive Puerto Princesa - City Tour

    Pick up upon arrival in Puerto Princesa (preferably before noon) and transfer to your hotel.
    In the afternoon, take a 3-hour city tour. Drive along Rizal Avenue to the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception and Plaza Cuartel, a restored ruin of a Japanese military base from World War II. See native wildlife up close at the Palawan Wildlife Rescue and Conservation Centre (formerly known as Crocodile Farm) or the Palawan Butterfly Garden.
    Head to Mitra’s Ranch and Baker’s Hill where you can enjoy the beautiful garden scenery and sample local delicacies. After the tour, transfer to your hotel.

  2. Day 2: Underground River

    Drive about 2 hours north to Sabang. Upon arrival, proceed to the registration area at the wharf and wait for your assigned boat.
    When it is your turn, take a short boat ride to the entrance of Underground River National Park. Then board a park-operated canoe equipped with a searchlight and head down the Underground River. During the 1.5 km ride through the cave, you will see breathtaking stalactite and stalagmite formations.
    Return to the pier and have lunch at a local restaurant. Afterwards, transfer to your accommodation on Sabang beach. The rest of the day is at leisure.

  3. Day 3: Sabang - Port Barton

    Check-out before 12:00, then transfer to Port Barton for about 3.5 hours.
    Port Barton is a hidden gem with great beaches, coral reefs and pristine islands.
    Port Barton is a rural beach destination popular with conscious travelers who appreciate the quaint and relaxed atmosphere of this beach village nestled on the edge of the tropical forest.

  4. Day 4: Port Barton Island Hopping

    Explore Port Barton Bay, a dream destination dotted with beautiful islands. The boat stops at Twin Reef, Fantastic Reef, Exotic Island, Maxima Island, Turtle Sanctuary and Starfish Island Sandbar. The uninhabited islands off the coast of Port Barton are great for viewing the beautiful marine life, while the pristine beaches are just waiting to be visited by sun worshippers.

  5. Day 5: Port Barton - El Nido

    Morning at leisure. 12:00 p.m. Check out and transfer to El Nido (approx. 4.5 hrs.).
    On the way, an optional stop at the Spanish Fort in Taytay (entrance fee not included). Upon arrival in El Nido check-in to your hotel.

  6. Day 6: El Nido Tour A

    Discover the most beautiful natural sights of El Nido on this popular full-day boat tour. You’ll visit several islands and beaches, including the stunning Miniloc Island’s Big Lagoon, the Secret LagoonShimizu Island and the 7 Commandos Beach.
    Snorkel among tropical fishes, soak up the sun on the beach, or explore the lagoon by kayak.

  7. Day 7: El Nido Tour C

    Spend another day exploring El Nido’s Bacuit Bay by boat. Sail to some of the most scenic islands with secluded beaches of Bacuit Bay such as Secret BeachHidden BeachMatinloc ShrineTapiutan Island, and Helicopter Island.
    Once on the islands, spend your time snorkeling among colorful tropical fish and relaxing on clean sandy beaches.

  8. Day 8: Depart El Nido

    Check out from the hotel before 12:00.
    Transfer to El Nido Lio Airport for your flight to your next destination.
