In the event that a trip is canceled due to bad weather conditions, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), we will either reschedule your trip for the next day at no additional cost or offer you a full refund.
If you choose not to travel the following day, please return your boarding ticket to the Atienza office at the port. Failure to do so may result in the refund being withheld.
To request a refund, please submit a claim via email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of cancellation. Please note that claims received after this period cannot be considered, regardless of the reason.
We do not provide compensation for additional costs incurred as a result of the cancellation (such as lodging, meals, flights, etc.). If you have travel insurance, you may be able to claim reimbursement for these expenses. We recommend obtaining travel insurance before your trip to Palawan to cover unforeseen delays or expenses due to adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond your control.
