The driver will wait for up to 60 minutes after your flight's scheduled arrival time. If your flight is delayed it is important to inform us as soon as possible so that we can adjust the pickup time accordingly. However, if your flight is cancelled or excessively delayed, the transfer will be considered cancelled and we will not be able to offer a refund. In such cases, you may be able to seek reimbursement from your travel insurance company.

The driver will come to your hotel at the requested time and wait for you in the main lobby or outside the hotel.

When making your booking, please provide the following details in the note field on the checkout page: the number of passengers, your hotel and your flight arrival/departure time.

Last minute bookings must be made by phone or email only, if made on the same day or 3 days before the trip.
