Entry Requirements:

The Philippines allows entry to the following foreign nationals, provided that they:

1) Have a passport valid for at least six (6) months upon arrival.

2) Possess a return or onward ticket to their home country or next destination. (Balikbayans are exempted from this requirement.)

3) Complete the free eTravel Travel Declaration Form.

4) Hold a valid visa OR meet other specified documentary requirements.

Visa-free entry:

Nationals of certain countries are allowed to enter the Philippines without a visa for pleasure or business purposes for a period of stay of 59 days, 30 days, 14 days, 7 days or less, depending on their nationality and the existing bilateral agreements between the Philippines and their country.

***Foreign nationals from visa-free countries who wish to stay in the Philippines for more than 30 days can either (a) request an extended stay at the Bureau of Immigration upon arrival in the Philippines.***

Holders of Hong Kong SAR and Macau SAR Passport.

Indian nationals travelling for tourism and has a valid American, Japanese, Australian, Canadian, Schengen, Singapore or UK visa or permanent residence.

Chinese nationals travelling for tourism and has a valid American, Japanese, Australian, Canadian or Schengen (AJACS) permanent residence or visa.

Foreign nationals allowed entry under Balikbayan Program (RA6768), provided that they are nationals from non-visa required countries under EO 408 and are traveling with their Filipino principal: (a) Former Filipino citizens, together with their foreign spouses and children, regardless of age; and (b) Filipino citizen’s spouses and children, regardless of age.

e-Travel:

All passengers must register at the eTravel platform within 72 hours prior to arrival or departure in the Philippines.

The eTravel platform have replaced the paper Arrival and Customs cards that travelers must submit upon arrival in the Philippines for immigration clearance. All travelers will need to provide their arrival information and health declaration through the eTravel portal.
