How to Get There
By Air
The fastest and most convenient way to reach Nacpan Beach is by flying directly to El Nido Airport (ENI), just 30 minutes by van from 30 minutes from Nacpan Beach. Cebu Pacific operates direct flights from Cebu, Clark, Boracay (Caticlan), and Bohol (Panglao).
Note that there are currently no flights to or from Manila, following a government decision to move small aircraft operations out of Manila's NAIA airport.
By Sea
Ferries connect Coron to El Nido daily via Atienza InterIsland Ferries and Jomalia Shipping, taking 4-5 hours depending on sea conditions.
The El Nido ferry terminal is about 45 minutes from Nacpan Beach.
Note that there are no direct ferries from Manila or Puerto Princesa to El Nido.
Getting Around
Daily shuttle vans run between El Nido and Nacpan Beach with multiple departures. For more independence, rent a motorbike (watch for slippery roads after rain), or take a tricycle — fitting up to 4 passengers, budget-friendly, though comfort varies and fares should be agreed on upfront. For the smoothest, most convenient option, book a private van.

Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in El Nido – Nacpan Beach
Upon arrival in El Nido airport, take some time to settle into your accommodation and head to Nacpan Beach, one of the most beautiful and secluded beaches in the area, and enjoy swimming and sunbathing.
Day 2: El Nido Tour A
Start your day early and embark on El Nido Tour A, which will take you to some of the most stunning destinations in the Bacuit Bay, including Big Lagoon, Secret Lagoon, Shimizu Island, and Seven Commandos Beach.
Day 3: El Nido Tour C
Another day, another tour in Bacuit Bay! Join El Nido Tour C to explore some of the lesser-known but equally beautiful destinations in the area, such as Hidden Beach, Matinloc Shrine, Helicopter Island, Secret Beach, and Star Beach.
Day 4: Departure from El Nido
If you have time, you can also visit some nearby attractions, such as Taraw Cliff and Las Cabanas Beach. Depart from El Nido airport.
What to bring along
- Be sure to bring enough cash as there are no ATMs available in Nacpan Beach.
- Remember to pack sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses to protect yourself from the strong sunlight.
- It's also advisable to bring insect repellent to avoid sandflies bites (known locally by the name nicnics).
- It's important to respect the local culture and wear appropriate swimwear when visiting the beach.
Activities
Nacpan Beach is an ideal destination for those who prefer a serene atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxation. While it may not offer an abundance of activities, tourists can sunbathe on the beach or relax in hammocks. For those who want to be more active, paddleboards, kayaks, and ATVs are available for rent. Moreover, there is a nearby hill that offers a breathtaking view of the entire beach, making it a perfect hiking adventure.
Additionally, for those who prefer a more laid-back activity, Nacpan Beach is a great place to read a book and unwind. The tranquil surroundings and gentle sea breeze provide the perfect backdrop for a relaxing reading session.

Nacpan Beach offers a mix of small local eateries and a couple of hotel restaurants. Most places serve Filipino favorites like grilled seafood, adobo, and sisig, but you can also find some international dishes like pasta, burgers, and pizza in the hotel restaurants.
While there are several dining options, we suggest Nacpan Beach as a romantic dinner location, especially for honeymooners, anniversaries, or proposals. SunMai Restaurant, for example, can set up a private cabana right on the beach, creating a beautiful and intimate setting for a special evening by the sea.
